Professional Staff
Compass Business Group, Inc. specializes in business transition support including analysis and planning, implementation through financial and/or marketing support, and assisting in management
oversight or due dilligence functions when necessary. Our staff includes:
- Richard R. Walker, a retired CPA with over 35 years of experience in working with small and medium sized businesses. Mr. Walker's experience includes working in the national tax office of a major CPA firm, managing his own practice for over 14 years, establishing and selling several small businesses and real estate investments, and serving on the faculty of two colleges. Mr. Walker currently serves on the Board of Directors of several small and medium sized businesses, non-profit, and educational organizations.
- Ryan W. Walker, a successful marketing and financial services professional experienced in the analysis and marketing of several independent businesses. Mr. Walker rose to the top ten sales professionals in a national sales organization in his first six months of employment with them.
- Patricia A. D. Walker, is a professional life coach who has worked extensively with adults, independent business managers, and students with ADD/ADHD. She is an expert in helping her clients establish goals and methods of accountability. She personally established and managed a successful publishing enterprise for ten years before and during successful merger and eventual sale to a larger publishing concern.
