- Preparing Business Plans for business startups, expansion, or acquisition to assist in financing, marketing, and management for the effective growth of the business.
- Performing Business Valuations for prospective sellers or purchasers of businesses (or reviewing an existing valuation) to determine the market value of business assets and capitalization value of existing cashflow (as adjusted for discretionary expenditures or potential savings from acquisition).
- Providing Mentors and Coaches to train personnel in a goal oriented environment and create accountability in their actions and recognition of achievements.
- Brokering the sale of the business through developing and implementing a marketing plan and screening potential buyers for financial and educational qualifications before all relevent nondisclosure agreements have been executed and specific disclosure occurs.
- Assisting in due dilligence functions of either a seller or purchaser of a business in the transfer or merger of a business.
